Above is a completed sampler from the book Les Marquoirs Anciens de Catherine Pouchelon. The book is in French and was given to me by my friend who lives in France. This book is gorgeous and I love it. This pattern was partly charted. What was not charted I used the sampler picture to chart. It is done on 40 ct linen with Glorianna silks that I had been saving. This is a beautiful French sampler.
